Why my customers love my job and things I suggest them

I work as an architect. Part of my job is to listen to people. Actually, this is extremely important part. During those conversations I usually hear what my clients want their new flat to look like, what they definitely don’t want, what are they scared of and so forth. What I have noticed during those conversations is that there are a few things which are common for plenty of my clients. A lot of them want to have rather modern house, that would look a bit different than apartments of all their friends. At the same time, they are pretty afraid to be creative. At first I was pretty angry with this and was trying to fight against this kind of attitude. Later on, I managed to find a solution I can offer for such clients. It’s wallpapers. They enable to go creative, but at the same time- look elegant. I am going to show you some concrete examples of that.
One of my customer was a director of a popular bank. He wanted his flat to be extremely elegant and impressive. In other words- he wanted his guest to be jealous about how great apartment he owns. This is was also very relevant for him that his guests know that he has this amazing taste - meet Demur. He insisted to keep all very elegant and simple. At the neginning, he wasn’t even interested to hear about wallpapers.

Nonetheless, I managed to convinced him that this can be really good option for him. Thanks to this, he may present to his guests not just his elegant side, but also this more crazy one. We agreed to use stadium wallpaper in a living room. At this moment, he seems to be highly happy with our choice. Later I was also designing apartment of successful business woman. As we really liked each other, during our meetings we were also talking about our dreams, past and so on. She admitted that she used to travelling when she was a student and that she actually has visited over 30 countries.

These days, she can’t do it anymore because she is too busy with her company. But she hopes that she would be able to travel again when she is retired. Consequently, I suggested that we use map mural in her bathroom. Thanks to this, she may wake up every day, seeing the map and all of these amazing countries that are waiting for her and which she will see in the future.
